2. Refunds

  • Inspection Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof of damage within 7 days of receiving your item.
