Shipping Policy

At Urban Maven, we are committed to delivering your skincare products promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, delivery options, and other shipping-related details.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days

International Shipping

  • International Delivery: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days depending on destination country. Rates vary by location, and customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays or customs processing for international orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package’s journey from our facility to your door. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.

4. Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address details, refusal, or lack of availability, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply for orders that need to be reshipped due to these circumstances.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Support@urbanmaven.co.uk. For damaged items, please include photographs of the packaging and products. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to shipping regulations. If your location is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.
